Traxxas, the world's leading manufacturer of radio-controlled vehicles. 5G Studio Collaborative was commissioned to design their corporate headquarters and distribution center, led by Stephen Park, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP The focus was on creating a consistent brand experience both inside and outside the new facility. The TRAXXAS headquarters comprises a nearly 100,000-square-foot, three-story corporate office facility, a 75,000-square-foot auditorium and car museum, and a 90,000-square-foot distribution center - all situated on 16 acres of land.
TRAXXAS has been engineering and building the world's fastest and most innovative Ready-To-Race radio-controlled performance machines since 1986, and we were honored to have collaborated with them on this remarkable project. It's worth noting that this was a brand new construction, which was completed in May 2019, with a total construction cost of $40 million. We are proud of the finished product and the opportunity to have worked with Traxxas.
