This 40-story tower is situated in the prominent inner ring of the radial Mega Kuningan development in Jakarta, Indonesia. Utilizing the sweeping folds in its form, the tower is able to address the scale at the ground level by receding at its base, while reaching outwards towards the peak to declare its presence in the skyline. The program for this mixed-use tower accommodates office, residential and hospitality functions, as well as providing some retail space accessible from street level to help promote a healthy pedestrian corridor. Sections carved out of the building form provide for various large sky gardens accessible from the office and hospitality floors, while the cut angle at the top of the tower allows for a series of cascading terrace gardens extending from individual residential units.
