The 25-story, 650-unit residential tower was designed for young professionals who chose to live in the affluent South Jakarta district. Tucked away from the major public street, the tower rose above the lush greenery below which preserved more than 80 percent of the site for natural outdoor activities. The elevated residences were afforded expansive views of the metropolitan and the nearby densely landscaped Ragunan Zoo, Jakarta's primary zoo.
