Located on 9.5 acres, The Berawa Bali Hotel and Resort is a 640,000 square foot, Five-Star hotel, resort, and residence on the southern edge of Bali. The resort has 760 residences and 126 guest rooms bisected by a river walk with a sandy beach and retail. A beach front clubhouse, restaurant, and chapel surrounds an expansive lawn overlooking the Indian Ocean. The arrangement of buildings and a fifty foot drop in elevation from the back of the property will give guests and residents ocean views, terraced rice patties, and mountains. Construction will begin after a world-renowned resort operator is selected.
