Parkway Lofts: Denton County mixed-use project prepares for launch on Interstate 35E
Design is near completion for Realty Capital's Parkway Lofts project in Corinth, TX. 5G Studio Collaborative's multifamily team designed the 4-story 312 unit mixed-use development located on the 21 acre site at the southwest corner of Corinth Parkway and I-35E. The project includes ground level retail, a resort style pool, and a detached clubhouse with a social lounge, gaming room, and golf simulator. The development is connected by trails to neighboring parks, schools, and restaurants. We are excited to be part of an incredible project as it approaches the construction phase along with all the amazing growth happening underway in Corinth, Texas. Realty Capital Residential’s plans include apartments, townhomes, hotel, stores and restaurants. Developers are gearing up to start a Denton County mixed-use project. In January, Realty Capital Residential purchased 20 acres on Interstate 35E at Corinth Parkway, southeast of Denton. The Irving-based real estate company announced plans for the project called Parkway District, which will include 22,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 293 apartments and 19 townhomes and a hotel built along a central linear park. “As one of the most visible sites remaining in Corinth, Parkway District offers the best opportunity to create a landmark project with high visibility along the I-35E corridor,” said Realty Capital’s Austin Gray at the time of the site purchase.
