Omnilife's New Allen Headquarters

Omnilife's New Allen Headquarters

Heady Investments will develop the 72,403-square-foot flex-office building on a 14-acre site designed by 5G Studio Collaborative. Tom Allison of Range Realty Advisors helped broker the land transaction.

Multi-level marketing company Omnilife, which has made a name for itself distributing dietary supplements and cosmetics, is set to break ground on its new U.S. headquarters in Allen. The decision to open a base in Allen is a strategic one as the company seeks to enhance its production, distribution capacity and customer experience in the United States.

The new headquarters will be home to over 100 workers and a local event venue. Omnilife has a presence in 21 countries worldwide and more than 5 million independent distributors. The deal was made possible through the efforts of the Allen Economic Development Committee and Dallas-based companies.
