Here  5G Studio Collaborative, we internally refer to our light commercial  design studio as Studio i. The “i” which was originally short for our  expertise in Industrial design is better referred to the Innovation and  Initiative which are the underlying virtues of our talented designers  and architects.

The passion they bring every day can be seen in our latest proposal for  this 5-story office and retail building which is part of The Railhead  Development in Frisco, TX.

This 80-acre mixed-use development includes multifamily, retail, hotel,  restaurant and office use integrated into a five-acre Klyde Warren-esque  park.

We are very grateful for the opportunity to work with Heady Investments  and look forward to seeing this development progress to further shape  the future of Frisco!
