Centurion American Development Group, led by Mehrdad Moayedi, is launching a new multifamily project called The Parc on Jackson. Located at Harwood and Jackson Streets in the Harwood Historic District, the seven-story complex will feature 182 units with average rents around $3,000 per month.

Construction is expected to be completed by next summer, and pre-leasing starts next month. This project, designed by 5G Studio Collaborative, has been planned since 2018 and will add to the growing number of rental units in downtown Dallas.
