Our proposal will utilize the track of land comprised of approximately 6.5 acres and is situated between the north and southbound lanes of International Parkway. The site offers the best balance of adjacency and connectivity to surrounding uses and has the potential to spur future development along the central spine connecting all terminals. The proposed location has been selected due to its proximity to the planned transit hubs connecting both DART and FWTA to the Terminals A and B. This site is convenient to business travelers, commuters, and patrons who have no intention of entering secured areas of DFW. This location will be heavily traffi cked, and will inevitably experience higher degrees of use which leads to higher potential for investment returns than the alternate Southgate Plaza location.
