1103 Bentwater is a 3 story, 4,000 sf home located approximatley 25 miles south of downtown Dallas, Texas. Located atop a rolling hill overlooking Joe Pool Lake (the highest elevation in the metroplex). Its 1/2 acre lot is nested among suburban brick facades within a planned development in Cedar Hill, Texas.
